UGM Dental Student Research Competition for ASEAN region is an event for undegraduate dental student and those who are still undergo their professional education that already have their research to be competed and published. We provide some competent juries to assess the research by criticizing and evaluating. Since this event is for ASEAN region, you are not only compete with dental student who is Indonesia but also with our closest neighbor countries.
Participant should be dental students (including Co-Ass) who are studying at the university in ASEAN regions.
Nonrefundable abstract review fee must be paid at the time of submission. This fee will not be refunded if an abstract is not accepted.
There is no team member limitation, but we only facilitate for maximum 3 members/team in Oral and Poster Presentation phase.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstract is written in English
Abstracts must be typed in a single paragraph without indentation, with single linespaced and justified at the left margin only, using Times New Roman typeface in 12-point size.
Content: Titles, authors and institutions, and abstract body.
Abstract title should appear in upper case and bold. Do not indent. The title should be concise and reflect the content of the abstract.
Write down all authors’ initials and last names. Use superscript numbers to relate authors to of all authors with initials and last names.
Write down authors institutional affiliation including city and country. Insert authors’ email below.
The abstract body (introduction, methods, results and conclusion) is limited to 300 words.
The abstract should be text-only; no graphics or tables are permitted.
Use italics only when appropriate (e.g. for names of genus and species). Tables, graphs and images should not be included.
Insert keywords of up to five words that carefully selected to facilitate readers’ search.
